Membership and Sponsorship
Your membership/sponsorship in the Florida Bicycle Association (FBA) ensures that a full-time bicycle education and advocacy group of professionals is looking out for your interests. We build relationships with legislators, law enforcement agencies, the Florida Department of Transportation, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection / Greenways and Trails and local transportation planning organizations to educate, protect and fight for cyclist rights. Membership/Sponsorship aligns you with fellow bicyclists throughout Florida to forge a strong statewide education and advocacy association.

Your Florida Bicycle Association annual membership/sponsorship includes delivery of our quarterly Messenger newsletter, access to Members Only resources via ClubExpress and other cool stuff when available. For business, agency or organization sponsorships, including bicycle clubs and shops, please refer to our Sponsorship Opportunities tab (look to the left). Florida Bicycle Association, Inc. was incorporated in 1997 for educational and charitable purposes and is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Annual Business, Agency or Organization (including bicycle clubs) sponsorships:
- Bicycle Club ($100 donation, and the FBA Executive Director joins your club)
- Bicycle Shop ($100 donation)
- Business / Organization ($100 donation)
- Government Agency ($100 donation)
Memberships, donations and sponsorships of $1,000 or less can be paid by credit card via Club Express or you may opt to download the FBA Membership brochure to mail a check. Donations and sponsorships that exceed $1,000 can be processed by credit card via this link.

Sponsorship Opportunities: Sponsorship opportunities are determined by dollar amount, with a base level starting at $500. Reciprocal benefits may include but are not limited to:
- Advertisement in Messenger quarterly newsletter
- Guest Column in Messenger
- Product placement at events where FBA and Share the Road exhibits
- Prominent placement on Florida Bicycle Association’s Resources and Sponsorship web pages
- Shout outs on our Facebook and Twitter accounts
Sample levels include:
- Corporate ($500 or higher donation)
- Advocate ($1,000 or higher)
- Patron ($2,500 or higher donation)
- Champion ($5,000 or higher donation – contact FBA)
