The Complete Streets Plan
Today’s blog is to acknowledge the newly released Florida Department of Transportation’s Complete Streets Implementation Plan.

Please recognize SmartGrowth America, who helped conduct the process leading to this plan and prepared the plan document itself. Thank you as well to the many, many people inside and outside of FDOT who provided the wisdom and energy to complete the plan, especially District One Secretary Billy Hattaway and FDOT Secretary Jim Boxold for your leadership and support of this effort.
Please disseminate this final Plan freely, and please remove any previous/draft copies from circulation if possible. Additional materials, workshops and changes will be forthcoming!
