Thank you Tally!

On behalf of the Florida Bicycle Association Board of Directors, we wish to thank our partners in Tallahassee for their assistance to make our July 28, 2018, quarterly Board of Directors meeting a success:

Domi Station – our host location.

Pace Bike Share Tallahassee – for providing our Board the opportunity to ride around Cascades Park prior to lunch.

Mary O’Brien, Florida Department of Transportation Bicycle and Pedestrian Coordinator, Road Design Office – for the presentation on bicycle facilities.

Carl Mikyska, Executive Director of the Florida Metropolitan Planning Organization Advisory Council (MPOAC) – for insights on MPOs and legislative agenda.

Doug Alderson, Assistant Chief of the Office of Greenways and Trails under Florida Department of Environmental Protection – for trail updates and economic impacts for the state.

Erica Puckett, Joyride Bicycle Collective – for describing the efforts to build community through family ridership.

We also wish to thank everyone for attending and sharing with Florida Bicycle Association what matters to them.  Florida, we are here for you!

FBA Board next stop is the City of St. Petersburg for our annual membership meeting on Saturday, October 13, 2018.  Save the date!
